Captian America FanFiction Part 2

Steve watched as she headed off toward her dressing room. Her raven hair flowing in the air as she walked. "Hey, Steve." He turns to see Bucky ushering him toward the bar. Steve pulls up a chair beside him and says, "So," Bucky smiles and says, "You know she likes you." Steve looks at him with a dumbfounded look and says, "Where did that come from?" Bucky smiles then hollers at the bartender and says, "Two beers." The bartender nods and starts to fill their glasses. "Bucky," Steve says causing Bucky to smile then say, "You have to know she likes you? Why else would she want you to stay here with her?" Steve smiles and says, "I don't know maybe she does, and maybe she just doesn't want to be alone since her brother is overseas too." Bucky shakes his head and says, "No, she likes you, and she's not a bad lookin dame. Besides, maybe you should just settle down and raise a family." Steve looked back toward the way Maddy had gone and then at his beer mug. He thought to himself, 'What could she possibly see in me?' Then he shook his head as he heard the conductor of the band announce her. "I'll ask her later." He says as he looks at Bucky. Bucky nods and then lets out a loud whistle as they turn back toward the stage.
